Whether it is routine cleaning appointments, new patient appointments, or cosmetic consultations, we will provide you with a treatment plan that will address any dental needs. Treatment plans will provide an estimate for any services required.
We are happy to file all insurances and are preferred providers for BlueCross BlueSheild of Tennessee, Delta Dental, and MetLife. Drs. Mutlak and Gordon are also preferred providers for Cigna and Aetna.
We accept personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard. We also offer a 5% discount on all cash payments. In office financing is available on select cosmentic and restorative cases. In addition, we offer Care Credit, a third party financing company.
